Close contenders for Album of the Month this month were Bombay Bicycle Club with their fantastic debut 'I Had The Blues But Shook Them Loose' and Wild Beasts with Two Dancers, but pipping them both to the post was Jack White's latest side project The Dead Weather with Horehound.

Missing Month
Apologies to our regular readers for the disappearance of the monthy of July. We've had some issues with our ISP which resulted in an almost total loss of connection for most of the month. The future wasn't looking so bright for a while but hopefully now, with a new provider, we will be a bit better connected.
